Now, we understand that waiting for your jewelry can be frustrating, but please keep in mind that our jewelry is handcrafted, and each piece takes time to create. That's why our processing time is 4-5 business days. However, some of our products may require more time, and we've mentioned the processing time in the product description to avoid any confusion.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

We want to create jewelry that is not only beautiful but also meaningful. Our team of artisans takes great pride in handcrafting each piece of jewelry, and we don't believe in rushing the process. From the initial design stage to the final touches, we ensure that every detail is perfect.

Delivery Charges:200 RS

*If you want products on an urgent basis there would be an additional 500 charge for the express delivery (3 to 5 working days to get it dispatched) Kindly note the amount for the item and delivery charges has to be paid in advance.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AL-AYUB JEWELLERS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-days easy exchange and refund policy.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  •  Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).

Refund Policy:

  • If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  •  Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
  •  Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
